This one's short, but I'll add a story from a few years ago. When I was little, I use to eat cakes in Korea that used a cream (I don't know the translation, but it's irreplaceably delicious) called seng cream. It's usually topped onto some incredibly fluffy cake and served with honeyed or fresh fruit. The cake boxes usually come with exploding poppers and the whole event is festive. I hadn't eaten this kind of cake for 14 years. If those words don't sink in, maybe these will. I never forgot the flavor for 14 years, I couldn't find the flavor for 14 years, and after 14 years, I was finally able to taste that cake again.
Naturally, nostalgic.
